If you have ordered a product on-line without my advice you have therefore made a judgement that the product is suitable for your requirement. My website provides as much information as possible to help you make a sensible buying decision. Based upon the information provided we will not be responsible for the suitability issues of any product.
Advice is available via telephone or email. I will do my very best to advise you on the product.
You may order products displayed on this web site or by telephoning Peter Loxley-Smith. If you place your order on-line we will confirm you order via e-mail within 1 working day.
After receiving your order and in the unlikely event that if for any unforeseeable reason I am unable to full-fill your order we will notify you immediately of the earliest dispatch date. If this is unacceptable you may cancel your order and a full refund will immediately be made.
You can pay by the majority of major credit / debit cards using the secure PayPal checkout system.
Should you place an order via telephone we will debit the money from your account within one working day from order date.
We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within the advised specified time when placing your order.
Delivery within the UK & Northern Ireland is currently £6.00
When you place your order you must notify us of any special delivery instructions that are required. Standard delivery is normally any time during a normal working day. We will provide a UK postal system tracking number as soon as the item is dispatched.
On Receipt of Item(s)
On receipt please inspect the goods carefully for damage as I am unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises me of such within two working days from the date of delivery.
If you wish to return item(s) for whatever reason within 7 working days of delivery, you may do so providing the item(s) are unused and in their original packaging (not applicable to Business customers). It will be your responsibility to return any item(s) at your cost. It is advisable to ensure that the returned items are sent fully insured, signed for, against loss or damage during transportation back to us.
Once the item(s) have been received they will be inspected to ensure the item(s) are fit for resale and you will then be credited in full including any original delivery charge. Please be aware that prior to returning the goods you must advise me in writing either by way of letter or email. I reserve the right to charge for any damage or missing parts. Before returning any item you must also contact me by telephone on 0044 (0)1380 870913 for instructions on how to return the goods. I cannot accept returns if the packaging is marked or damaged (other than by the courier company).
If an item is suspected as faulty within the first 28-day period from date of delivery I will pay for defective/damaged returns. Please contact me by telephone or email and I will arrange for the collection. Once the item(s) has been returned to us it will be examined. Should the returned item(s) prove to be without fault then a charge of £20 will be made along with the cost of collection and returning the item(s) to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
